Must be less than 3 months old; and
Must contain the name of the business; and
Must contain the physical address of the account holder.
Below is a list of acceptable documents:
- Utility bill (less than 3months)
- A bank statement (less than 3months)
- Copy of a signed lease agreement (by both parties), (less than 1 year old)
- Municipal rates and taxes invoice (less than 3 months old)
- Telephone account (less than 3 months old)
- Recent life insurance policy issued by an insurance company
- Correspondence from a body corporate or share–block association (less than 3 months old)
- Valid television license document
- Retail account statement/invoice (less than 3 months old)
